The time of Saber – Franco-Korean co-realization project.
The Korean company Project Nalda, wishing to integrate a Circassian dimension to its work, contacted Hors Surface company to co-create with Damien Droin the new creation “L’Époque de Sabre”.
A first exchange was born in July 2015. Several members of the Project Nalda Company came to France where Damien Droin welcomed them to the circus school Regarde en Haut in Cuers (83). Following this first collaboration, Damien flew to Korea in May 2017 to lead a trampoline workshop and begin the creation of the new project.
In order to develop and sustain the exchanges between Korea and France, Hors Surface company approached the National School of Circus Arts of Rosny-sous-Bois to organize in October 2017 a rocking course under the marquee ENACR for members of Project Nalda Company.
In December 2017, a second creative time is planned in Korea. Hors Surface company will take the opportunity to present the project to the institutions (French Institute, Embassy …) and various partners.
